Our Process

Tier 1: Foundation

Foundation is where athletes build the base for long-term speed development. At this level, the focus is on learning proper sprint mechanics, developing coordination, and establishing strong training habits.

Athletes are introduced to acceleration technique, rhythm, and basic speed patterns to ensure they are moving efficiently before increasing intensity.

Teir 2: Development

Development is where athletes begin training at a competitive level and handle increased intensity. The focus shifts to improving top-end speed, building power, and developing the ability to maintain speed over distance.

Athletes start applying their mechanics in more advanced sprint work and preparing for competition.
